Step 1: Click on buy crypto and select deposit fiat. Select the [EUR] or [GBP] and choose the EUR Deposit method with SEPA or GBP deposit method with Faster Payments.

Step 2: When you select EUR you can check a daily limit and also a single deposit amount of EUR and click (NEXT)

Step 3: You will get a prompt from the risk control team to require more information to continue your transaction. (Click) the link below to provide further information.

Step 4: When you click (NEXT) submit your proof of address, source of funds and any other important information and click (Submit). If you don’t want to submit or don’t have these information you can select (Refund) to refund directly

Step 5: Your information will be reviewed and you will be informed by email if it was successful. If the review is unsuccessful, the user can choose to be refunded
